More English First Anglo-Dutch War wargame pieces

There are now five sheets of English ships (four per sheet) available for downloading, as well as the four Dutch sheets. I will continue to add more sheets, as time permits. I am adding English ships alphabetically, based on what are in my Privateers Bounty scenarios. The last ship added on sheet five was the hired ship Culpepper (30 guns).

First Anglo-Dutch War wargame pieces

I have finally made available some of my wargame piece sheets for use by gamers: First Anglo-Dutch War Game Piece Sheets. I have had to do it this way, as my web hosting service prohibits me from having zip files.

Battle Plymouth Scenario with Privateers Bounty, the English under human command

I finally have the pictures of the last Privateers Bounty simulation run for the Battle of Plymouth. I commanded the English, with the difficulty level set to "hard". I tried my classic tactics, but I was too clumsy, and let the battle deteriorate. In one case, I tacked instead of wearing, and got caught with ships pointed dead on into the wind. I was able to recover, but only after allowing the Dutch, under AI control, to do a good deal of further damage.
